You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to:

• Log out of your Account after each session, particularly when using shared or public devices;

inter33 shall not be liable for any losses or damages arising from your failure to maintain adequate Account security. Any activity conducted through your Account — whether authorised by you or not — remains your responsibility until you report a security concern to us in writing.

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, VIP rewards, and other promotional credits offered by inter33 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion in addition to the general provisions set out in this section.

• Wagering Requirements: All bonuses carry wagering requirements that must be fulfilled before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn. The applicable multiplier is stated on the promotion page and varies by offer.
• Maximum Bet Rule: While an active bonus is in play, a maximum single bet or spin limit applies (typically between MYR 250 and MYR 500 per round, as specified per promotion). Exceeding this limit may result in forfeiture of the bonus and associated winnings.
• Game Contribution: Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements. Slots typically contribute 100%; table games such as baccarat and blackjack typically contribute 10%–20%. The contribution schedule is available on each individual promotion's terms page.
• Bonus Expiry: All bonuses are subject to an expiry window (typically 7, 14, or 30 days from date of claim). Bonuses and associated winnings not used within this window will be forfeited automatically.

• Abuse of Promotions: inter33 reserves the right to void bonuses and withhold associated winnings where it has reasonable grounds to believe a promotion has been abused, including but not limited to: multi-accounting, collusion, arbitrage betting, or exploitation of software errors.

All gaming activity on the inter33 Platform is subject to the specific rules governing each individual game or betting market, which are accessible within the Platform interface. General provisions include:

• All bets placed are final once confirmed by the system. inter33 does not accept requests to cancel confirmed bets except where an error on the part of inter33 has demonstrably occurred.
• inter33 reserves the right to void bets or withhold payouts where a technical error, data feed error, or palpable pricing mistake is identified.
• In the event of a dispute regarding the outcome of a game or sporting event, inter33's records shall be deemed authoritative, subject to the dispute resolution process described in Section 15.
• inter33 reserves the right to set individual, Account-level, or category-level betting limits at its sole discretion.
• The use of automated betting software, bots, or any other tools designed to gain an unfair advantage is strictly prohibited and will result in Account termination.

The following activities are expressly prohibited on the inter33 Platform. Engaging in any of the below will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of Balance, and where appropriate, reporting to law enforcement:

• Registering more than one Account or creating Accounts using false identity information;
• Depositing funds derived from criminal activity or money laundering;
• Collusion with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game;
• Exploiting software bugs, glitches, or errors for financial gain;
• Using VPNs, proxy servers, or other tools to circumvent geographic restrictions or Platform security measures;
• Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, or otherwise tamper with the Platform's software or infrastructure;
• Engaging in abusive, threatening, or harassing behaviour toward inter33 staff or other Users;
• Systematically exploiting promotional offers in bad faith, including through arbitrage or coordinated bonus abuse across multiple Accounts.

inter33 is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices. The Platform is intended for entertainment purposes only and is strictly for players aged 21 and above. Gambling is not a suitable means of generating income and should be approached as a form of entertainment with a pre-determined affordable budget.

inter33 provides the following responsible gambling tools to all registered Users:

• Deposit Limits: Users may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit caps through their Account settings.
• Session Time Reminders: Configurable reminders alert Users to the duration of their gaming session at intervals they define.
• Cooling-Off Period: Users may request a temporary suspension of their Account for a defined period during which login will be disabled.

• Modify, create derivative works from, or reverse-engineer any Platform software or content;
• Use inter33's trademarks, logos, or branding in any manner without explicit written authorisation.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, inter33 and its directors, employees, partners, and agents shall not be liable for:

• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Platform;
• Any losses arising from Platform unavailability, technical faults, or scheduled maintenance;
• Any financial losses resulting from your gambling activity, including losses arising from games operated on the Platform;
• Any third-party payment processing delays or errors that are outside inter33's direct control;
• Any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where such access was facilitated by your own negligence in maintaining Account security.

inter33's total aggregate liability to any User in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that User in the 30 days preceding the date of the claim.

Nothing in these Terms shall limit or exclude liability for death or personal injury caused by inter33's gross negligence, or for any liability that cannot be limited or excluded under applicable law.

inter33 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms and is incorporated herein by reference. By using the Platform, you consent to the processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.

inter33 does not sell your personal data to third parties. Data may be shared with licensed payment processors, identity verification providers, and regulatory bodies where legally required. All data transfers are conducted with appropriate safeguards in place.

inter33 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time at its sole discretion. Changes will take effect from the date of publication on the Platform. Where the changes are material, inter33 will endeavour to notify registered Users via email or a prominent Platform notification at least seven (7) days before the changes take effect.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not agree to any amendment, you must cease use of the Platform and request closure of your Account prior to the effective date of the changes.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction under which inter33 holds its operating licence. Nothing in this clause limits or restricts any mandatory consumer protection rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.
